Doris has been an integral part of Ecoventura for over 30 years, contributing across multiple roles as the company has grown. She treasures memories of snorkeling alongside hammerhead sharks and dolphins, moments that reflect her deep connection to the Galapagos. In 2016, she was honored as the Godmother of the Origin. Doris takes pride in helping create transformative travel experiences and feels fortunate to work alongside a dedicated and talented team.
Eric Andrews
Sales Director, North America
Born and raised in Quito, Eric first visited the Galapagos at age 15, where he was captivated by the islands’ unique beauty and energy. This experience inspired him to pursue marine biology and later work as a dive guide and cruise director in the archipelago. His career has since evolved into roles in Customer Service, Sales Management, and Business Development within the luxury travel industry. Eric’s deep connection to the Galapagos continues to shape his approach to bringing travelers to the islands.

Daniela holds a Master’s in International Tourism Management and spent four years working onboard Ecoventura’s luxury fleet as a Concierge, gaining firsthand insight into the transformative power of the Galapagos. Some of her favorite memories include spotting dolphins from the bow and inviting guests to share the moment. In her current role, she channels that personal connection into storytelling and strategy, inspiring travelers worldwide to discover this extraordinary destination.

María Fernanda Benites
Cruise Expedition Supervisor
María Fernanda began her career in tourism at the Guayaquil airport before joining Ecoventura in 2018. Her love for the Galapagos began during her first visit in 2015, and she has been captivated by their beauty ever since. One of her favorite places is Punta Vicente Roca, where the dramatic landscapes and marine life never fail to inspire. She especially enjoys snorkeling there, taking in the underwater magic that makes the islands so extraordinary.
Belen Benavides
Cruise Expedition Specialist
Belén began her career with an internship at a luxury hotel in Santa Cruz, where she first fell in love with the Galapagos Islands. Now part of the Ecoventura team, she supports guests and travel designers with land services and personalized guidance to help create seamless and meaningful journeys. One of her most cherished memories is panga-riding alongside humpback whales, sharing a moment of pure wonder with guests that continues to fuel her appreciation for the islands’ enchanting nature.
