Booking Terms & Conditions
All reservations are subject to cancellation if payments are not received in our account by the due date. There is a service charge of $100 per person for airline tickets to Galapagos canceled 30-60 days prior to departure and there is no refund for the airfare, park entrance fee or transit card if canceled 29 days or less prior to departure
Individual Booking Terms (1-4 Guests)
Deposits – A deposit of $1000 per person and $2000 for singles is required within five days of written confirmation to guarantee any reservation. Starting in 2027, a deposit of $1500 per person and $3000 for singles is required.
Final payment – is due 90 days prior to the sailing date. Passport information will be requested if not provided at this point in the booking process.
Cancellation policy – Cancellations received up to 120 days prior to departure will be refunded in full except for 50% of the deposit; 119-90 days prior to departure, 100% of the deposit will be forfeited, 89-0 days prior to departure, the entire cruise rate is forfeited.
Small Group Booking Terms (5 or more guests)
Deposits – A deposit of $1000 per person and $2000 for singles is required within five days of written confirmation to guarantee any reservation. In addition, a second deposit of $1000 per person and $2000 for singles is due 180 days prior to departure. Starting in 2027, a deposit of $1500 per person and $3000 for singles is required for both first and second deposits.
Final payment – Full payment is due 90 days prior to the sailing date and must be accompanied with passport information.

- Cancellations received up to 180 days prior to departure will be refunded except for 50% of the first deposit.
- 179-150 days prior to departure – cancelation incurs a penalty of 100% of the first deposit
- 149-120 days prior to departure – cancelation incurs a penalty of 75% of the deposits.
- 119-90 days prior to departure – cancellation incurs a penalty of 100% of both deposits
- 89-0 days prior to departure – full penalty of the full amount paid for any cancellation
Charter Terms & Conditions
Deposits – A deposit of $20,000 is due to guarantee the charter. A second deposit of $20,000 is due 180 days prior to departure to guarantee all cabins. Final payment is due 90 days prior to departure together with passport information and cabin assignment.
Cancellation of charter policy –
- Cancellations received up to 360 days prior to departure will be refunded in full except for 25% of the deposit.
- 359-270 days prior to departure, cancellation incurs penalty of 50% of the deposits
- 269-180 days prior to departure, cancellation incurs penalty of 75% of the deposits
- 179-150 days prior to departure, cancellation incurs penalty of 100% of the first deposit
- 149-120 days prior to departure, cancellation incurs a penalty of 75% of the first and second deposits.
- 119-90 days prior to departure, cancellation incurs a penalty of 100% of the first and second deposits.
- 89-0 days of departure, any cancellation incurs full penalty.
Terms & Conditions on Festive Weeks

Final payment – Full payment is due 120 days prior to the cruise departure date.
Cancellation policy – Festive
- Cancellations received up to 360 days prior to departure will be refunded in full except for 50% of the deposit
- 359-120 days prior to departure 100% of the deposit will be forfeited
- 119-0 days prior to departure, the entire cruise rate is forfeited.

A non-refundable non-transferable deposit of $40,000 for holiday weeks is due to guarantee the charter. A second non-refundable non-transferable deposit of $40,000 is due 365 days prior to departure to guarantee the charter. Final payment is due in full 120 days prior to departure. Starting in 2027, a deposit of $60,000 is due for both deposits.
