Chef Luis Cerón – Bodega Dos Hemisferios
Since 2022, Chef Luis Cerón has led the kitchens at Bodega Dos Hemisferios, the only winery in Ecuador, where he highlights Ecuador’s diverse flavors through locally sourced seafood and fresh produce. His menus showcase the perfect balance between tradition and innovation, elevating Ecuadorian cuisine to new heights.

Winemaker Juan Banovsky – Bodega Dos Hemisferios
Born in Mendoza, Argentina, Juan Banovsky is an enologist with international experience in wine regions such as Sonoma Valley, Napa Valley, and New Zealand. He played a key role in developing Bodega Dos Hemisferios’ portfolio, which includes award-winning white, rosé, red, and sparkling wines. Juan is passionate about fostering Ecuador’s growing wine culture through tastings, workshops, and culinary pairings.
